What is Noviito?

Noviito creates beautiful digital invitations for life’s most meaningful moments, birthdays, weddings, business events, baby celebrations, and more.
Each invitation is personally created based on your details and shared via a private link.


How does it work?
  1. Choose your plan (Simple, Medium, or Elite)
  2. Fill in the Create form with your event details
  3. We review your request and send you a payment link
  4. Once payment is completed, we create your invitation
  5. You receive a private link to share with your guests

When do I pay?

After you submit your request, we’ll email you with the next steps and a payment link. We start creating your invitation after payment is received.


How long does it take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Simple: within 48 hours
  • Medium: within 4 business days
  • Elite: within 4 business days (priority handling)

We’ll contact you if we need any additional information.


Who can see my invitation?

Your invitation is private and only accessible via the link you receive. Only people you share the link with can view it. Invitations are not public meaning they are not indexed or searchable.


How long does my invitation stay online?

Depending on your plan:

  • Simple: 1 month
  • Medium: 3 months
  • Elite: 1 year

We’ll clearly tell you the exact expiry date once your invitation is published.


Can I make changes after my invitation is live?

Yes, you can request up to 3 changes after your invitation goes live.

Examples:

  • Text edits
  • Replacing photos
  • Small layout or content tweaks

Just reply to our email with your changes.


Can I add music or video?

Music & video are available in the Elite plan. For music you can send an MP3 by sharing a WeTransfer or Google drive link. For video’s you can provide a video link (YouTube/Vimeo). We’ll handle the technical setup for you.


How many photos can I upload?

Simple: 1 photo
Medium: up to 5 photos + logo
Elite: unlimited photos


Do you offer RSVP functionality?

Yes, depending on your plan:

  • Simple: RSVP via text (WhatsApp or email)
  • Medium & Elite: RSVP button or form (email)

RSVP responses are sent directly to you, not to Noviito.


Can I cancel my request?

You can cancel before payment at any time by contacting us. Once payment is completed, cancellations are handled case by case.


What if I’m not happy with my invitation?

Your happiness matters.

  • We’ll always try to adjust the invitation first
  • If you’re genuinely unhappy and no solution is possible, we may offer a full refund

Please contact us, we’ll always try to find a fair solution.


Can I copy or reuse the invitation design?

No. Noviito invitations are for personal use only. It is not allowed to:

  • Resell or redistribute the content
  • Copy the design
  • Record or share screen videos
  • Reuse the design for other events

What happens to my data after the invite expires?

Once your invitation expires or is deleted:

  • Your invitation goes offline
  • Personal details and uploaded files are removed within a reasonable period
