These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Noviito. By submitting a request or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our service
Noviito creates custom digital invitations based on the information you submit via our Create pages. Each invitation is created with care and tailored to your event and chosen plan (Simple, Medium, or Elite).
Noviito does not provide public event listings. All invitations are private and accessible only via a unique link.
2. Process & delivery time
After you submit your invitation request:
- We will review your submission
- You will receive an email with next steps and a payment link
Creation starts after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Simple: within 48 hours
- Medium & Elite: within 4 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary slightly depending on complexity or follow-up questions.
3. Payment
Payment is requested via a secure payment link sent by email after your request is reviewed.
Noviito does not begin creating the invitation until payment is completed.
4. Invitation availability
Your invitation will remain online for the duration of your selected plan:
- Simple: 1 month
- Medium: 3 months
- Elite: 1 year
An exact expiry date will be communicated once your invitation is published. After this date, the invitation will be taken offline.
5. Changes after go-live
After your invitation is published, you may request up to three (3) reasonable changes at no extra cost.
Changes can include:
- Text edits
- Image replacements
- Minor layout or content adjustments
Additional changes or major redesigns may be subject to extra fees and will always be discussed in advance.
6. Intellectual property & usage
All Noviito invitation designs remain the intellectual property of Noviito.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to:
- Share your invitation link with guests
- Use it for your private event
It is not allowed to:
- Copy the design
- Record, screen-capture, or distribute videos of the invitation
- Reuse the design for other events
- Resell or redistribute Noviito designs in any form
7. Refunds
If you are genuinely unhappy with your invitation, please contact us.
- We will always try to make reasonable adjustments first
- If no satisfactory solution can be reached, a full refund may be granted at our discretion
Refunds are not available after the invitation has been live for an extended period or after excessive revisions.
8. Privacy & data handling
We respect your privacy.
- Your information is used only to create your invitation
- Event details are never published or shared publicly
- Invitations are accessible only via a private link
Once your invitation expires or is deleted:
- Associated personal data and uploaded files are removed within a reasonable period

9. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All submitted information is accurate
- You have the rights to upload photos, videos, and music
- Content does not infringe on third-party rights
Noviito is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the client.

11. Changes to these terms
Noviito may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable European consumer and digital service laws.
